Interesting video on email titled "Why Email Starts Fights"
Is email the least effective mode of communication? If it is then I'm usually very ineffective at communicating, because I depend on email a lot. I frequently don't feel like talking to people so I use email to insure that I don't lose touch entirely. This video from BNET has given me serious food for thought.
